Eng. ABM Al Azeem is the Group General Manager of Lucky HR Solution (Pvt) Ltd, a foreign employment agency licensed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (licence No. 2848), with offices in Colombo, Nintavur and Doha.
An engineer by training with an MBA and a background in quantity surveying, he joined Lucky HR in 2019 as an Admin Assistant and rose to Group General Manager. He has since designed and built the company's own digital platform himself: the Lucky HR system that runs every step from first call to flight, the luckyhrgroup.com website, the Lucky Skills training platform and an AI phone assistant that speaks Sinhala, Tamil and English.
He also creates much of Lucky HR's design, video and photography work.
