Does my company need approval to hire from Sri Lanka?
Yes. Job orders for Sri Lankan workers are approved through the Sri Lankan embassy or mission in your country, which checks documents such as the power of attorney and a sample contract. We prepare the documents with you.
Can we interview the candidates ourselves?
Yes. Many employers send managers to Colombo or Nintavur, and we host the interview day.
